my mum hasnt nagged at me this week..
basically cause i didnt go out everyday as it was planned.

i thought it would be a B cause i saw my classmate's work and thought hers was damn good.

i gt lots of reading to do for my new module.
cause is a history module.
there were so many wars fought in american history that World War 2 just seems like just another reason for ppl to kill each other.
but after reading it i feel so smart u know.

Mother's day lunch.

the lunch i made for my mum.
is lamp chop btw..
my sister refused to help me at first cause she said she cooked for mum be4 so is my turn this time.

but..
she took over after i cooked the first few pieces.
haha cause she cldnt stand looking at me standing quite a distance fr the oily wok.
i was scared of the oil splatters ok!
is damn painful and in the end we both got splattered a few times.
but i successfully made the side dishes and soup.

the result of the lunch was good.
my mum said that she was shocked i wanted to cook a meal for her.
cause seeing i never cooked for her be4 and never really cooked a full meal be4.
everyone in the family ate a filling breakfast cause they were scared they had nothing to eat.
well..
they polished off everything on the plate and left the washing to my bro in law.
cause we sisters are mean ppl and hate to wash up.
haha!

happy mother's day to all mums!
and we decided not to repeat this for father's day.
so tiring and so oily.
we are jus gg to pay ppl to feed us.

tescelyn said something to me that made me happy yet sad at the same time.
"u are very lucky cause you have such good friends to hang out with that u don see the need for a bf and you are always so happy"

happy cause it made me realised that is true i do hav good friends to hang out w.
and whether havin a bf doesnt really bother me cause i have them to count on.
and i do appreciate my friends.

and then it dawned on me.
i am such a bad friend.
i never asked tescelyn to go out or just to hang out.
and when she really needed a friend, i wasnt there.
which made me realised why she had quite a number of ex bf and why she feels so lonely.
she knows alot of ppl,
but she doesnt really hav a true friend.

considering we known each other for such a long time.
thats nt the kind of friend i want to be
i want to be a better friend to her,
and i feel so useless when she told me stuff jus now and i didnt know what to say cause i didnt know how her relationship was or the ppl she dated.

unlike HB,
i don know what they think but at least i knew what i want to say or want them to know.
and they all know i will be there if they need me.
or at least i try.

but the friend i have known for the longest time doesnt.

the plan today:

1. go town n hav lunch alone.
(sad right..but i like to eat at breadtalk alone n read whatever i have..haha)
2. go to watsons to buy some stuff.
3. go charles and keith to check if they gt the bag my mum wants.
u see..i am a v good daughter by suggesting buying her a bag for mother's day.
(but the truth is i think all her bags are ugly so i want to be nice to her)
4. go to kino and buy some books to read cause i am bored at home.
5. wait for my mum cause she was havin a massage then we wait for my dad to pick us up.

result: plan failed.

reason: cause lazy to get ready and gt engrossed in watching sitcoms.
(seriously i can sit home all day n watch sitcoms. they make me happy)
and also bus rides are at least 45mins long..nt appealing at all.

aftermath: i feel bad for not sticking to my plan.
so the plan for tmr:

1. i will go west mall cause is 10mins away fr my hse.
2. buy my books fr popular or borrow fr sans bookshop.
3. go watsons to get my stuff.

i do like my classmates..
but i tell you what i dont like abt them.

1. they dont read instructions.
2. they are petty.
3. they are sometimes childish.
4. they panic easily.

they bombarded my inbox with 22 emails!
of which most was "what assignment do we have to do before class starts?"
"we must complain!" and "can we photocopy the textbooks?"

seriously..
i cant stand it..
i don understand how i can receive the files and the rest cant when their email are also is the sent to box.
and they didnt read properly and they mass email n ask what assignment do we have to do.
there is NO freaking assignment to be done!
the lecturer just want us to freaking buy textbook and READ!
gosh i feel frustrated when i received their email.
and everything also complain.
if i hav customers like that i would rather slash my neck.
no wonder the coordinator face is always black when she sees them.
i pity her..

i seriously dont believe in using work as a excuse to not do sch work.
i believe in time management.
esp if u know u don hav alot of time on hand.
instead of rushing things last min (which they do)
(imagine rushin assignment on the day of the exam! and we have freaking 3 weeks to do it!)
no matter how hard u try..
u will still fare less than those who plan ahead.
cause is all last min work.

i don know how i am gg to live w this ppl for 1mth straight next year.

cause they were under renovation.
imagine our sadness when we reached and there was no chicken wings waiting to be eaten.
so we settled for jack's place.

i woke up feeling all excited for cny shopping.
walked from 1plus till 6..

all i bought was a grey blouse for 63bucks.
what happened to all the clothes in spore?
i practically walked to all the shops today (including F21 and topshop)
and all i can say is "ugly"

and now i feel a little depressed.
cause i have no new clothes for new year. (except the one i bought)
and my mum asked me dont buy n recycle my clothes.
she just hav this fucking prob w me buyin clothes and i dont even buy it often!

last saturday was grandfather's 80th birthday..
food was according to my mum not worth..
and per table is like 1000bucks lah!
the only nice food i think was the suckling pig, salad and bird nest egg tart..
plus it was like a wedding dinner since we only start eating at 8plus..
when we reach there since 7..
cause some ppl have no good brains to ask for directions to the hotel..
causing everyone to wait for them.

but the cake is cute..
i will show the pic when my cousin send them to me.

and i am so proud of myself..
is wonderful when inspiration hits you when u need it.

family celebrated mooncake festival at my aunt's hse on sun.
nt that i dont like it or whatever.

my cousin bought durian mooncake.
it was nice esp if u like durians alot..

and so my mum say take the remaining one to my aunt's place.

this weekend was tiring..
i dont know why..
but i feel so tired this days..

i slept on the sofa last night..
the reason being my younger cousins come n stay as their parents were in KL..
so they took my parents bedroom with my mum..
my sister comes back on weekend so she takes her own room with her husband..
so i asked my mum..
"where is dad gg to slp?"
she say "living room lah, unless u want to give him sleep your rm"
but no..before u think i am such a caring daughter..
the real reason was i wanted to watch tv..
i wanted to watch miami ink..
which was at 1am..
so i took the living room in the end..
and only slept a few hours..
cause was cramped and a little eerie..
we have this small fountain with lights which in darkness is pretty scary..
when sis ask where am i slping and i told her..
she just laughed..
typical of her..

and today..
me and my mum brought them swimming..
seriously..
it was fun..
is fun playing w children sometimes..
they make u laugh..
so i guess that is the joy of children.

last night i watched 4 movies..
stayed up the whole night..

butterfly effect was the best one.

the other 3 were van wilder 2, school for scoundrels and garden state
van wilder was so-so,
